FCD fighting transfer windows?

    If FCD wants to get a loaned player or pay a very small transfer fee then what leagues will that be possible with after today?

    loan can happen any time. (I think)

    a incoming player for a MLS team is till the MLS window closes... which is January 15 - April 15 (Primary Window)
    June 15 - August 15 (Secondary Window)

    Post window a free agent can be added any time as long as he was free during the previous window.
