I read over the press release of the ruling on the FCC's website and didn't find all that much to be disagreeable except for raising the cap on percentage ownership in a market from 35% to 45%, which is too much in my opinion. What becomes really interesting though with this is the imminent future of Paxson Communications, owners of PAX TV. Depending on what happens this fall, should PAX get bought it might have an effect on the WUSA.
