FC Wil president Heinrich Hofmann said that if the club does not manage to figure out how to raise the funds for next season by March 15th, that the club would only apply for a NLB license and therefore would be relegated voluntary. That would mean that the 3rd of the relegation/promotion round would also get a spot in the new 10-team league.
