FC Sion is demanding a forefit win pertaining to this weekends defeat at home agaist Vaduz, 2-4. They claim that Vaduz used a player Paulo Vogt, who was involved in two transfers this season. He started out playing for Baden, then Winterthour, then Vaduz. Oh yeah, coincidently Vogt scored twice against Sion this weekend. The LN grants permission for players to play, and Vogt could not have played in he did not recieve that permission. Therefore this is a stupid appeal.
The appeal is denied, Vaduz gets the points and the victory. The official ruling was that a protest as this must be made directly after the game by the captain. THis did not occour.
Sion is again filing a protest against Vaduz for the same incident! Why the result will be different I don't know? they should focus on keeping their license, not how they will end up this year.
Is Constantin behind all this? I imagine so. There are rumors that he is trying to get Roberto Baggio to come to Olympique des Alps. Good luck on that one, I don't like what he is doing, but he does have plans for the team. Those may result in similar endings as FC Lugano and LS, but he does have ambition. I am not to sure that Sion is the plave for ambition like that. Servette could use your money, plus they already have a nice stadium!
FC Sion got rejected again on their protest with FC Vaduz by the Disciplinary Comission. FC Sion appealed to the League and hope to win with the LN. They are pushing for all games that Paulo Vogt played in to be declared forefit.
