Needless to say I'm really excited -- these are exactly the kind of matches that define Porto. The home form has been good, as usual. Soares seems like just what the team needed, some really classy finishing from him. Juve is in good form but I can see Porto winning this match at home. Depending on the result tonight, the away match could go in a lot of different directions. Thoughts on those possible line-ups? Not sold on Herrera starting...

I prefer that Herrera doesn't play but he might play to help contain the midfield.

I think Soares or Silva will score a goal but the key to our game is that we keep a clean sheet. Our Defence has to be on point and Casillas needs another vintage performance.

Down to tactics and Herrera has a lot more stamina and covers more ground

What a absolute idiot. Porto was playing well, quite impressed actually and then he does that. WOW

Telles may have cost Porto the tie already. Twice in 74 seconds he made idiotic tackles, 2 yellow cards, ridiculous.

Casillas with a great half and Marcano with a few timely tackles. In general the team has looked solid defensively -- it's gonna have to continue in the second half if Porto has any chance in the match. Might even be able to grab a goal from a counter or set piece.

Yes getting out of the first half at zeros is huge. I get the feeling that this ref is never going to show a yellow to Juve player

If Porto end with a 0-0 they have a good chance.

Unfortunate goal after all of that hard work, but Juve has just had too much of the ball

That was a brilliant game. The MVP had to be Telles. Juve did what they can and could of been worse after the red card. Big mountain to climb in Turin now.

That was out of character for Telles. He's had a good season for us.
We simply lost to a better team (period)

Well sure, Juve is a better team but we should be able to squeeze out a 1-0 or a 2-1 win in our stadium. Better teams have fallen at the tribunal. The red card killed the game.

Didn't Telles get a stupid red card last season too?
