    I'm watching the game on RTP right now. What is the purpose for this game? It looks like a new stadium, I'm assuming they built it for Euro 2004. Anyway the field sucks and play is very sloppy. 0-0 at the half.

    That's really bad if that was the first game ever on that field. There were mounds of torn up grass all over the place. They obviously did not give the sod enough time to settle in.

    samething happen to the Sporting new stadium the grass had to be removed, the Benfica and Beira-Mar stadium without any problems

    they rush to have this games, Porto will have to play Partizan, per Uefa rules at the old stadium
