Black was the colour that scared Madrid from us a few years ago and it looks sick! ;) Blue would be a good change is all, I would like to see a different type..

Jadger... did you ever purchase a Maroon jersey? I liked that kit as well. Would love to have a Scholl in Maroon!

Yep. Never again will I ever purchase a jersey with a name on it...unless it is my own. ;) I think part of the Ballack one, was that I like the number 13.

Of course, I really don't care for jerseys anymore and usually only get the training tops. Thus, I don't have to worry about the player's name or the dumb ass corporate logos they put on the front. :D

    true, true

i have a Sagnol and now a Ribery kit as well... other than that all my kits are without player name/numbers... and i have practically all the home/away kits since 1997 or so since i'd buy the home kit one year and the away kit the next

I still haven't gotten around to getting that Sagnol jersey but I will before he leaves the club. I did get the home kit with Riberys name on the back. My very first Bayern jersey was a #17 Ziege which I still cherish very very much.

Yes I did, no player number on the back though, it looks very nice, I wore it Christmas shopping on Sunday actually, it is indeed a very nice kit. I got it at fanandmore.de the site is in German but ships to "Kanada" :p

I'm thinking of buying a home Klose for Christmas and maybe a black Ribery. I don't like the ones without a name on it, not sure why.

-The maroon CL jersey (Makaay 10, commemorating the fastest goal of all time)
-The black UEFA Cup jersey (Toni 9)
-This year's home shirt (Ze Roberto 15)

Also, Bayern will probably be his last team :) I've only bought two Bayern jerseys with names on the back, a Scholl (during his last season), and a Deisler (after he retired).

for the bayern shirt, the bayern munich website always works well. but if you want to get both in the same shipment, I'd try fanandmore they have both shirts, and they are good people, got my stuff promptly when I ordered and no hassle, although it looks for Australia it is 24.50 euros for shipping (free if spend >200 euros). Oh ya, and the site is only in German but if you just follow the way most websites work, it shouldnt be a problem navigating.

Sweet. So you ordered from that site, huh? I have been interested in doing the same as they have some remaining items from previous collections, especially a nice Scholli shirt!

So you have no issues and found them very cooperative? Did you ever email them or communicate somehow? I must say, all the German establishments I worked with in preparing for WM06 were outstanding to work with. Can't imagine this would be any different.

I didn't have any communications with them, I just ordered and the next week it was at my house. As for packaging, I bought only the CL shirt from last year, and it came in a manila envelope. not really the most reliable thing to put it in I thought, but it arrived in perfectly fine shape.

I've been wondering when someone would start up the new jersey question, lol. The trend seems to be towards light colours so I think pink, lol jk. I'm with BayernWake, either another white one, or a dark blue one.

You know, if it were a three color combination, like say gold primary with Red or Maroon, and some form of blue (navy, bavarian, etc), I would be more partial to it. I just never have liked gold and black together ever.

I did like the dark short with dark socks and lighter shirt combination of the gold kits though, but that was it.

I also detested the material... waaayy to shiny gay for me, man.
