Now it is so frustrated to watch Messi play. Not only his shooting but also his passing is off and he tries to do everything by himself too much, rather than passing the ball to his teammates. And of course he is not strict to his position as usual.

His heart is not on the field. If Mancity has an offer in next January then Messi should leave. Good for both sides.

Messi was good yesterday, yet again. If not Yashin like performance from the Dynamo keeper, could've had hat-trick. Scored individual goal, created multiple scoring situations and beat players left to right again. Still waiting the support cast to wake up, or Messi leave to City. Stegen was great too.

Normally Messi would easily get a hattrick without a problem against a Kiv team. But now he only scores goal from pk and his passing is not as good as before.

Now Messi decision making is off yet all Barca plays still through to him. Messi always drops deep and it is inevitable that teammates would pass the ball to him.

I dont think there is a complete rebuild once Messi still with Barca because his influence on the team is immeasurable. In the first two games this season when team won easily, people talked how Barca became less dependent on Messi but then now everything is back to normal. Messi takes all the ball and tries to do everything by himself.

Messi just not into it anymore sadly. After what happened at the end of last season and the fiasco between him and the board , when he openly asked for a move, he pretty had made a decision right there. He's in "hostage" situation, so no doubt it affected his game.

Including WC qualifier, Messi has scored all 5 penalties he took, off course nobody cares until he eventually miss. Also, he won some of those penalties by taking on multiple defenders and being brought down. That freekick against Dynamo would have gone in in any other day. Almost as good as the one against Liverpool.
