Quick match thread since we play today, at a new time (one hour earlier than the late games we generally have played). We play when everyone else does in these last two rounds so that in games where relegation, or European places might be at stake do not unduly impact other games. So only Eibar and Real Vallodolid play 2.5 hours earlier as they cannot be relegated nor make Europa.

Frenkie de Jong returns after injury, Arthur is back after tonsillitis and Ansu Fati is available again after being suspended for the last match.

Antoine Griezmann, Samuel Umtiti and Ousmane Dembele are all out with injured.

The complete squad list is as follows:

We did not bring the full 23 players as Barca B is gearing up for their playoffs which could result in promotion, but only if they win 3 games in a row, so it was more valuable to have the eligible Barca B team players train with that team, so 3rd keeper Inaki Pena is with Barca B and his backup, Arnau Tenas got the nod to sit on the bench with the first team. However, we still wanted valuable squad players, 4th CB Araujo is 3rd CB with Umtiti injured, and obviously Riqui and Ansu have given alot to the first team and deserve to be here and even get minutes, though they both will also be available to Barca B in the playoffs.

Last Liga home game and second to last home game of the season (Napoli is the last one we face at home):

Here's Sport's predicted lineup, I am not going to wager a guess myself:

Since we are 4 points down to Real Madrid a win by them today (or less than a win by us) will clinch the title for them.

Maybe if we didn't try to side and backpass the opposing team to death, and our players took on and challenged defenses in the box, we could get penalties, too, and have those chances to score. Our team plays too safe and low-risk.

This race was essentially over after we dropped our first points and Pique said it would be hard to win the title .

With Firpo ( who’s leaving us ) in defence then a midfield of Rakitic and Roberto and Braithwaite leading the attack this was never gonna be an easy night

How I miss our glory days :(

    90+4' - 1-2.

Whatever. Title race was over, anyway. Glad I didn't bother watching most of this. Still love this club. Can't win everything. LPB wins 2-1 vs Villarreal.

A Liga win would have papered over the problems we're having. We didn't deserve it, anyway. 2-2 draws when we should have won.

Shit was obvious after first few games. Most of the hope was on Messi dragging us across the line and he ran out of miracles. Fantastic FK goal today though.
