    If Messi wasn't in this Barca team I think we would finish 10th. Zero pace, Suarez non-existent, glad the title race is over, Setien and the board can all ******** off

    6 substitution breaks, a VAR review and 2 minutes stoppage time.*

    * excluding 2-minute cooling break.

    Lucky that Diego Costa had the reverse hat-trick (own goal, missed PK, missed sitter) or it could've been worse. Well, guess the missed pk didn't matter but just another example how much he was off tonight.

    Man that result sucked for us of course but worse than that the game just sucked for neutrals, I think, 3 penalties for weaker and weaker fouls given, one re-given as MAtS 2nd foot just came off the line, and an own goal. I mean the 0-0 vs. Sevilla was the same bad result for us, and it had no scoring, but that was a fairer result and a better game, as it was not determined by the ref. I don't want to see weak PKs given, nor great saves of a PK pulled back for a one or two inch infraction by the keeper.

    All 3 pens were pens in my view. What was really annoying was the free kick that led to Atletico's second pen was never a foul and we would have had a counter attack .

    The second pen Atleti got there was no contact. Look at the replay. Carrasco tripped himself. His foot hit the calf of the other leg as he ran and he tripped. MAtS did step off his line but it happens all the time. I can't remember this actually being called in a game before. Ref screwed us over pretty badly. We were nothing special but Atleti were worse than us.

    Puig is a freaking gem although he might just look that good surrounded by our crew of bums. Same with Fati who we are probably overrating now. Being better than the likes of Griezmann and Vidal isn't saying much.

    There was slight contact on 2nd Atletico PK. Which caused the trip.

    No there wasn't. That's not a penalty. There is no way to justify the ref's performance.

    Semedo's leg did make contact, it was accidental but there was contact.

    He made contact but Carrasco tripped himself and that made him fall. That's a non-penalty.

    It evens out in the end. Both incidents involving Semedo werent penalties imo

    That midfielder Puig is incredible. Seems like Iniesta reincarnated. How is he not capped for any spanish youth teams?

    I find this is an issue in almost every game. I rarely see more than 4 minutes stoppage time given. Every game should have 5 minimum if you actually account the time wasted.

    I dont understand why time isnt stopped in water breaks

    The contact from Semedo knocked Carrasco’s leg into his other leg. Thus, Semedo tripped him. That was a clean pen. Semedo didn’t even complain.
