Article is in Spanish, but basically states that FCB is looking into the feasibility of starting a team along the lines of Chivas USA in the US. It also states that they are also just considering soccer academies in North/South America and Asia. http://www.marca.com/edicion/noticia/0,2458,559105,00.html Would be an interesting development of MLS if the G14 started investing in MLS as a defacto feeder league. Can somebody help me out with this: Are there any articles or discussions on the nature of the relationship between Real Madrid and Salt Lake? TIA.
I ReALly haven't heard anything since the name announcement. MLSNet.com hasn't really had the Newsstand since the playoffs began. Hopefully that changes soon since some of us want to know more about the expansion draft.

there was an article in marca about it, real madrid thinks of it as an honor but no discussions have taken place about a relationship between the teams.
