hi all, some may be aware and others not but there is a fun game to pass a bit of time wheil you are on the net. it is called Fantasy Sports. it is in sports such as the NFL, golf, tennis i think, and certainly soccer! it is a simple game where you chose your team of fave players pretty much and once your lineup is compelte, you submit it, wait for the real life games to happen and your rank and points accumulated will be dertimed on how each of your players went on the weekend. you are not only resticted to one team. you are allowed to chose players from all teams, however only teams in the one division. i have joined up with UK !Yahoo - the only place which has soccer as a fantasy sport. and i have also created a private group - where only those in the group will compete against each other. the players we chose from are those in the English Premier Leauge (Mens) with team such as Liverpool, Man Utd, Lees Utd, Newcastle Utd & Aresnal. you need a yahoo i dea to sign up - doesnt not have to be from UK, it can be from australia/NZ, america, japan...where ever you have signed up to yahoo, you can use. go to the following site: http://uk.premiership.fantasysports.yahoo.com/ sign up click 'join private group' from yourFantasy Football Homepage then use the following details to join: Group ID#: 49062 Password: cyberrays click join and you are in! so if you are interested, come along...the more people in the group, the merrier!! current members have no rank nor points, so when you join that is if u r new and havent played b4) everyone is at equal rank: #1 come join the fun!
