Referees at this level under go a great deal of scrutiny. In your opinion which referees from which countries impress you as doing a credible job? If you had three credible suggestions what could you recommend for a referee to do to create a more enjoyable experiance aside from removing our heads from our butts, keeping our eyes open and not taking sides. ;o
