Lucifer was a big fan of soccer. Most people don't know the true story about how God and Lucifer go into an arguement during a soccer game a never spoke again.
Is Dangerfield a fan because of that Ladybugs movie he did where he coached a girls soccer team and put a boy in drag to be the ringer? I never saw the movie--too disturbing conceptually. (Can you imagine Dangerfield and Jackee as your coaches in a youth league?)
I don't think there's anything terribly remarkable about foreigners being soccer fans. It would kind of be like listing famous Americans who like baseball.

Carter Beauford, the drummer from the Dave Matthews Band, is a fan as well. There are a few photos of him drumming in jerseys from Brasil, Metros, and some others.

How can you forget perhaps the biggest celebrity soccer fan born here in the United States, and that's DREW CAREY, I mean, the guy professes his love for the game on the MLS Cup broadcast, and is also going to be a season ticket holder, and now will also seemingly have to switch to rooting for the new Cleveland team that is coming, or should I say, should be coming to MLS.

Kevin costner(who would have thought Mr. baseball would be a "soccer" fan) and that spastic British(forgot which country she's from) chick from Breaking the Waves are both self professed Arsenal fans. That hottie from the Pirate movie who looks like Natalie Portman is a West Ham fan. and I'm assuming Antonio Banderas is a Malaga supporter seeing as he's from there and is said to have installed a football pitch in the backyard of his estate.
