Time for a new Transfer thread as we approach the winter break and transfer period. I think that in the BCL Schaffahusen will be a seller, Servette and Xamax buyers. RSL Basel Extension - Luca Zuffi has signed a contract extension that will be him in Basel until June 2021. GCZ Out on loan - In search for playing time, GCZ has loaned midfielder Valon Fazliu to Rapperswil-Jona and Roberto Alves to Wil. Fazliu has played only 3 times this year and Alves is part of the U21 team. Alves' loan is until the end of December with a potential for the spring, and Fazliu's loan is until the end of June. Thun Promotion - U21 manager Pascal Cerrone has left the U21s to become the assistant coach for the 1st team. He replaces Simon Nussli who is now the 2nd assistant and video analyst. YB Extension - Roger Assale has agreed with YB for a contract extension until June 2021. Adi Hutter also has earned a contract extension and is not scheduled to be YB's manager until June 2019. BCL Aarau Out - Leo Itaperuna and the club have gone their separate ways.
RSL Basel Out - As noted in the previous thread, Egyptian defender Omar Gaber will leave the club during the winter break to join LAFC of MLS. This is an expansion club. Thun In - Dominik Schwizer, a 21 year old winger has had his contract purchased and will officially join Thun during the winter break, but he will be loaned back to Rapperswil-Jona for the spring. The 21 year old has been one of the bright spots for the newly promoted club and his new contract runs through June 2021. He will be loaned back to Rapperswil-Jona for the spring. He will join FC Thun as a player at the end of the 2017/2018 season.
RSL Wil Out - Roger Bigger, the president of the club during the last 15 years is leaving the club. BSL Aarau Extension - Varol Tasar has had his contract extended until June 2020. He has played 9 times this season with 2 goals and 2 assists. Winterthur Out - Veljko Simic has had his contract terminated by the club.
BCL Chiasso In - Yanick Guerchadi has joined the club from FC Lugano II. Servette Extension - Kastriot Imeri, a 17 year old midfielder, has signed a contract extension good until June 2021. Wil In - Maurice Weber is the new president of the club. He is the lone holdover from the Turkish mass exodus.
RSL FCZ Out -- Dzengis Cayvsevuc, a 30 yera old forward, and the club have cancelled his contract. The Slovenian joined the club in the summer of 2016. He played 32 matches with the club and had 6 goals and 5 assists. BCL Chiasso In - Ali Kabacalman, a 22 year old midfielder has left LS to join the Tessin club. He only played 1 time for LS in the fall. Servette In - It seems that Servette finally has the striker that then needed, as Mychell Chagas of Rapperswil-Jona joins the club with a contract until June 2020. He scored 9 goals and 6 assists in the fall. Servette really lacked the goal scorerer that they needed with the transfer to YB of Nsame. Winterthur In - Ousmane Doumbia, the former Servette and YS, wing player has joined the club for the spring with a 1 year option.
RSL Basel In - Fabien Frei returns to Basel from Mainz in the Bundesliga. His new contract runs through 2022. LS In on loan - Swedish International Alexander Fransson has joined the club on a loan from Basel. He only played 5 times in the fall for Basel and hopes that improved playing time will increase his chances of playing in the World Cup. Rumor - Enzo Zidane, the son of Zinedine Zidane has chosen an appartment in the Lausanne area and will join LS. Admir Mehmedi is desired by SV Hamburg. Valentin Stocker has been told that he can leave this break.
RSL Basel In - Samuele Campo has gone to Basel from LS. His contract is with Basel through 2022. Rumor - There is a good chance that on loan Basel player Dimitri Oberlin will be recalled by Red Bull Saltzburg so they can transfer him to Newcastle.

RSL Basel Out - Andraz Sporar has left the club to transfer to SK Slovan Bratislava with a 3.5 year contract. FCSG In - More changes, Alan Sutter is the new Sporting Director for the club. The former Swiss International, and TV commentator, has worked for GCZ and Winterthur before, but not in this capacity. Luzern Out - Reto Ziegler has left the club to join FC Dallas in MLS. He was out of contract with Luzern. Markus Babbel will leave the club this summer. Thun In - Sven Joss, the 24 year old defender has left YB to join the Oberland club through 2020. He only played 6 times for YB in the fall. BCL Winterthur In - Livio Bordoli is the new manager of the club. Xamax In - To further strengthen the side as they push for promotion, Marco Delley has left LS where he only played a few min.
On the way out - Kyle Voser who has announced that he will not resign with FCZ in the summer has been sent to train with the U21 team. The club has said that he will be available to transfer this winter and that his spot on the team will be replaced by a younger player under contract.
BCL Schaffhausen Out - Jean-Pierre Rhyner and Bujar Lika are both headed to GCZ. Rhyner is leaving his loan 6 months early and Lika joins the clib for 6 months with an option for a further stay. Rhyner has played 17 matches in the fall and Lika had played 12.
RSL Basel In - Valentin Stocker is rejoining the club with a contract through 2021. Out - Renato Steffen is going to Wolfburg for 2-4 million CHF. On the move - Manuel Akanji to Dortmund. They have offered 15 million CHF, but Basel wants 20 million. GCZ Out - Ridge Munsy has left the club on loan to FC Erzgebirge Aue in the 2nd Bundesliga. It is a loan for the spring, but there is an understanding that this will become a permanent move. Lugano Out - Antonini Culina and the club have parted ways. BCL Rapperswil-Jona In - Aldin Turkes joins the club from Vaduz. His contract is for the spring with a 2 year option.
RSL GCZ In - Bosinian midfielder Rifet Kapic has joined the club from Slovenian club ND Gorcia. His contract is for 4.5 years. Thun In on loan - Gregory Karlen joins the club from Sion. BCL Schaffhausen Out - The fire sale continues. Djordje Nikolic has joined FC Thun, Predrag Pribanovic has reached an end of his contract. Forward Marko Dangubic has joined FC Köniz. Servette In - Out of contract former Italian U21 and Juventus player Paolo De Ceglie has joined the club.

BCL Chiasso Out on loan - Thomas Candloro, the 3rd Keeper, has been loaned out to Italian Serie A side Benevento Calico. The 17 year old will join the 1st side of Benevent Calico. Return from loan - Alessio Bellante, the 22 year old keeper, has been recalled from FC United Zurich of the Promotion League. Schaffhausen Extension - Stopping the flow out Schaffhausen, Nejc Mevja has extended his contract with the club. His contract no goes through 30 June 2020. Xamax On trial - Loïc Jacot, the 18 year old 2nd keeper for Xamax is on trial at Manchester City.
RSL LS Extended break - Gabriel Torres, the Panamanian International who only played 12 times this past fall has been give a 2 week vacation to find the best situation for himself as his country gets ready to play in their first World Cup. BCL Wohlen Out - Leading goalscorer Kristian Kuzmanovic, who scored 6 goals in 14 matches for the club has not been resigned. I expect that very little of the current team will remain after their drop to the Promotion League next season.
Any word where Roman Kienast went? I see Wil let him go he only appeared 7 times scoring 2. I have followed most of his career and don't understand why Wil of all teams would part ways with him or why another team wouldn't pick him up here.
No idea right now. I think that we are going to see more BCL teams let expensive players go whose contracts expire at the end of the season and go with younger and younger players.

He was loaned to Luzern in 2015-2016 where he scored 3 goals, had 8 assists in 36 matches that season. Out/In - Gjelbrim Taipi has left the club is a quasi trade with GCZ. Taipi, 25 played 14 matches in the fall since his return from Schaffhausen, his contract with GCZ is for 2.5 years.. Runar Sigurjonsson, the Icelandic International has left GCZ to join FCSG. The 27 year old had been with GCZ since 2016. His contract is for the spring with a 1 year club option. He played 12 matches with 3 goals in the fall, but Murat Yakin was very critical of his play. Lugano In - Jetmir Krasniqi, the 23 year old Swiss-Kosovar joins the club from Chiasso with a contract for 2.5 years. Out on Loan - Andrea Padula, a 21 year old winger has been loaned to SS Monza 1912 who play in Serie C in Italy. The loan is for the spring with a team option to make permanent. he played 42 matches over the past 18 months on loan with Chiasso with 2 goals and 11 assists. Luzern Extension - Sivan Sidler, a 19 year old winger, has signed a new contract with the club good through 30 June 2020. BCL Xamax Extension - Léo Farine has had his contract extended through the end of the 2018-2019 season. On trial - Loïc Jacot who spent last week on trial an Man City is now at Liverpool.
RSL Basel Rumor - West Bromwich Albion is on the hunt for Michael Lang Luzern Extension - All is not lost as Christian Schneuwly has extended his contract through June 2020. Sion Out on loan - Nikola Milosavjevic has been loaned to Winterthur for the next 18 months. The 21 year old only played 6 matches with Sion this season. BCL Aarau Extension - Raoul Giger, a 20 year old, has signed a 3 year extension with the club. Winterthur In - A 2nd Milosavjevic has joined the team in two days as Bojan, a 19 year old keeper, joins from FCZ U21.
RSL Sion In on loan - Alex Succar, a 22 year old forward, has joined the club on loan from Sporting Crystal of Lima. The loan goes through June 2019 with a purchase option.
Roman Kienast is apparently close to signing with Austrian 2nd Division club Wiener Neustadt. Apparently FC Wil would be receiving a 250,000 euro transfer fee... If he was released and I am assuming on a free would FC Wil be owed anything?
Once a player is released from contract, that club rescinds that player's rights, so Wil would not get any fee. Also, 250k is a lot of money to shell out for a guy who hasn't played for Wil since he signed there. It looks like his contract with Wil was only until December for some reason.
That is a rather large fee for a BCL player to a 2nd Austrian Bundelsiga side. I bet that nothing will be coming to Wil. RSL LS Out - Gabriel Torres has joined Huachipato in Chile. In - Francesco Amendola a 18 year old defender has joined the 1st team.
