Couldn't watch, why did Palmer get a red?

There was an altercation after the game... I watched the game and didn't see him get a red so it had to have been there? But that would make no sense because Minnesota absolutely was the instigator in that situation, so how did Palmer of all people get a red?? That ref lost control of that game for sure, and it's fitting he makes what in my opinion was probably a terrible decision to penalize Palmer. I don't see any cards given to a Minnesota player after the game either, wow.

Strange, wish there was a way for me to find a video of the game.

I was traveling over the weekend, with limited available time and extremely limited internet access, so I missed the game. I'm obviously pleased by the result, though. And I'm especially pleased that the goal came from Mares, who had a good spring season but somehow never managed to find the back of the net.
