I'm still waiting to see something out of Dalot.

Mata doesn't even have cup game ability anymore. Hes done at PL level.

He also has his strikers drop in to create what is usually a 4 v 3 advantage in the midfield. Then you add in the movement/rotation.

Meanwhile watching us this morning, a lot of static players, not a lot of movement centrally.

This first half is uncomfortably reminiscent of our mediocre play the last few years.

Mata is definitely one of the big problems today. Playing him wide is a waste, more than ever and I think it also has a (negative) impact on Dalot going forward: not compatible at all those 2 on the right.

I think Lingard needs to go this summer. He just doesn't offer enough and has only really shown form good enough for this club for about one season. The rest has ranges from meh to awful.

Bruno went for the spectacular goal that still counts as one instead of controlling the ball and trying to score simple or setting someone up

Line change incoming for United with Rash, Williams and Greenwood on deck. Dalot, Mata and Lingard make way.

Need to get that second to all but put this game to bed. Too close there from Norwich, who could have equalized.

And sure enough, Cantwell does it...

United are tied with Norwich City at the moment especially when they should be beating this team...all I can do is just shake my head in disgust. I was watching Roy Keane's rant about Manchester United in their last game against Tottenham namely his rant directed at Maguire and De Gea...I was dying of laughter because he said he would be fighting them if he was still on the team...they wouldn't even be allowed on the bus to Manchester and they would have to take the taxi. Died of laughter...Roy Keane kills me because he is so right about this club. Manchester United do show signs of hope but then they always revert to disappointments.

This game really has gotten way too close for comfort at this point. Way too open at the back.
