Well i just want to say good luck to the Chavalos, you guys owes us one . But seriously i really hope you guys keep working on the young players cause that's where the future of football is not only for you guys but for all Central America, your federation should learn from the mistakes made in Guatemala, El Salvador and even Costa Rica of not giving the youngsters a chance.
^^^ nicaragua has come along way. Im not surprised they beat guatemala, and left them out of gold cup.
Nicaragua beat an U23 Guatemala team that had an inept interim head coach. But is still a failure in our part. Guatemala will win this game with no problems.
Nicaragua still has a ways to go. They deserve credit for beating Guatemalan last time but I still rate the Chapines higher. All of Nicaragua´s players still play domestically (a league a notch below the Guatemalan league) and they have nothing even remotely resembling a Ruiz. Their first Gold Cup wasn´t too impressive either. Hopefully their league and national team will continue to improve.
ouch, 3-1 over honduras?, ah i see their u-20. noneless a good win for them. good info bro. btw, i know it's weird that i'm interested in nica-football, just like el cuscatleco. and a few of us, i should say.
yeah, i know bro. do you have any fresh info, on them? links? perhaps. i like nica-football, just like you do. pls, post-up, their line up roster. for their up- coming friendly, if you can. thanx.
http://www.fenifut.org.ni/ Here´s their official site. The government is putting money into the game (and owns the Walter Ferretti club in Managua) so they´re ahead of Belize. The roster hasn´t been released yet, but we will as soon as it is.
http://www.futbol24.com/team/Nicaragua/CD-Walter-Ferretti/ I found this link to be quite helpful. They give you stats of each club and what games will be played next. With that said...let's go Walter Ferretti Football Club !
Does anyone know if they will be airing the game in the United States? If so, what channel and at what time? I'm guessing 4:00 pm?
I don't see it on any programming. There may be a good chance that Guatemala channel streams it online via Justin though. Good luck.
It could have been more. 18 year old Marvin Ceballos of Guatemala missed a couple clear opportunities.
Nicaragua went two and out during the qualification for U-17 en route to Mexico 2011. Lost 8-0 to Costa Rica and just moments ago lost 3-2 to El Salvador. They show resilense in the ES match though with good defending and buildups during the 2nd half. Got ES so frustrated near the end that 2 ES players saw red cards.
In the domestic season, the apertura title will be be fought between Walter ferreti and Diriangén in a two legged after they both finished in the top 2 in the finals series (real madriz and Managua fc were the other teams)
