I think the saying goes "Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me". How does it go for fool me four times? Four years of putting a crap team on the field and then expecting people to keep coming. The team may have set a season ticket record this year (maybe based on all the new players brought in), but its going to be a he!! of a job selling them next year if this team doesn't turn it around. Sports are an entertainment business, but I haven't seen any entertainment at RFK for a number of years.

Just one. Anyone? Bueller? We're stuck. Get used to it. No one can make these guys win. It ain't the coach. It's the players. There's no magical cure, there's no lightning in a bottle, there's nothing. We ARE the new-look Revs. You can fire all the coaches in the world. It won't make a damn bit of difference. You could cut three-quarters of the roster, and start over from scratch, and it wouldn't make a damn bit of difference. We're at 7 games, and the season is OVER. We can't even catch the fourth place team given all of our games in hand and an extra. The coach isn't the problem. The players are the problem. I'm packing it in. Nothing and no one is going to change the performance this year. I'm watching MLS to see what happens now, not to root for a team. It'd be nice to root for a competitive team. Wake me up when we see one.
