No, I don't think so....I finally get him off Real Madrid and he ends up in my own backyard of TFC. That would make me cursed.
Oh, well I can excuse that. The web tracker is saying that it is slow because they are having a hard time getting a hold of all of the players involved. Classic MLS right there.
Can someone tell me what an allocation is? I keep on hearing rumours that include an allocation in the deal.
http://www.embargo.ca/ultras/frontpage.shtml Usector group has a ticker. Of course, if they are wrong.....I will show up opening day and launch some eggs into their section of the stadium.
Here is my list. Already 0 for 1. CHI Carr CHV Regan CMB Pierce DCU Rimando DAL Gbandi HOU Serioux KCW Vandenbergh NER Larentowicz RNY Buddle RSL Williams
I wonder, do you think I can hit ur section with eggs from outside the stadium. I will leave the car running.
I think you will be lucky to see more than two or three Toronto FC players starting on our national team when they eventually have to play a meaningful game.
From MLSNet: "Below is the complete list of players selected in the 2006 MLS Expansion Draft. 1. Paulo Nagamura (Los Angeles Galaxy) 2. Danny O'Rourke (New York Red Bulls) 3. Jose Cancela (New England Revolution) 4. Adrian Serioux (Houston Dynamo) 5. Nate Jaqua (Chicago Fire) 6. Rod Dyachenko (D.C. United) 7. Jason Kreis (Real Salt Lake) 8. Tim Regan (Chivas USA) 9. Ritchie Kotschau (Columbus Crew) 10. Will Hesmer (Kansas City Wizards) "
I think I figured out the problem with the delay. They're waiting for some youth internationals to become senior internationals.
Paulo Nagamura (Los Angeles Galaxy) Danny O'Rourke (New York Red Bulls) Jose Cancela (New England Revolution) Adrian Serioux (Houston Dynamo) Nate Jaqua (Chicago Fire) Rod Dyachenko (D.C. United) Jason Kreis (Real Salt Lake) Tim Regan (Chivas USA) Ritchie Kotschau (Columbus Crew) Will Hesmer (Kansas City Wizards) That was weird.
Ronnie O'Brien is going to Toronto then.... Almost all of those are some of my backup choices, but I'm also perplexed at the Jason Kreis pick. WTF? I also thought that could have done better than Hesmer, Kreis, and Dyachenko if they are going for a win-now season, as it appears. Kotschau is an underrated pick that no one was talking about, but they picked too many D/DM IMO. Though, I'm curious as to how many depart via trade.
Hopefully for you guys Jason Kreis works out a new lower contract. He gets paid way too much for his age and production.
Yup, looks like it....I can't see any other explanation why they wouldn't have picked a Dallas player.....well other than stupidity.

The Kreis pick is a huge surprise. Quite frankly, as an RSL fan, I'm happy to keep Williams even if we lose Kreis. I'm so glad that Toronto is an idiot.
well they also picked up 3 defensive midfielders (Serioux, Nagamura, O'Rourke). I am glad to see that the Metros gave up Ricardo Clark now for absolutely nothing!
Dyachenko is a good young playmaker. Lots of potential, too. Good pickup for you guys. (But with Brian Carroll probably going to Germany, I'm glad you didn't pick Simms.)
