You're being generous. ;) 20% of the picks are gimmes.[Serioux and Williams, IMO]

I concur with your well-reasoned criticisms of Mo. He strikes me as too emotional to make good decisions about player personnel. It's always a crap-shoot with an expansion team, but I'll bet Mo is fired before the 2008 season.

It looks like Jaqua is the 1st pick. I am expecting a trade.

Is there a draft-tracker anywhere? I want to watch this.

Can't they just announce the 10 players they picked? Why a draft?

i think it would be better if Toronto FC stayed as an all canadian team

16 out of the 28 spots are for canadians I believe. So essentially it will be the Canadian National Team and a half dozen internationals.

The good thing for Canadians is that any talented Canadian youngsters now will probably be picked up by the club and not end up in no man's land.

How is it possible that a Draft involving one team and no changes in who is available could still take FOREVER in between picks!
It must be a major league draft mandate.:p
    Thanks for the link.

They are conducting the draft at a pub and having shots in between picks.

Usector is now reporting the rumour again of Jaqua to LA. No Surprise. He was obviously picked for a trade.

I think its being prolonged by possible trade deals that are created as this thing moves along, Every pick may require 3 or 4 phone calls

The ROB rumour is very interesting, doesn't seem like FCD would give him up that easily.

This is so slow. 36 minutes in and we've only seen one pick.

I think that rumour was probably started by the player's agent to see if he could get a better contract. I doubt they just hand him over to TFC that easily.
