    From MLSnet
Peter Wilt has stated that P-40 players will be graduate before the draft. I assume the graduations should occur the day following MLS cup IX.

The questions I still have are:
    1. Are the senior player based on this year or do they include players that will be senior next year?
    2. If a club cuts a player before the draft, say a senior international, does that cut player still have to count in the SIs that must be protected?
    3. Are all or some of the TI players auto protected, or just the P-40 players?

With the draft just around the corner, I am hoping for a more indepth account of the rules.

On a bright note I have just heard that ESPNews will be carring the MSL draft.

according to a Revs article the last couple of days
    1. includes seniors next year
    2. don't know, bet several teams hope so
    3. no, just the developmental players. some "TIs" are also "developmental" - Gilberto, Stephenson, Flores, and the "JI"? Nunez. they're probably "auto-protected" though some might "graduate" to senior roster status by age in time for the draft. not sure of that. still won't be SI's if they're developmental this year
