Exhibition game vs. Toronto Croatia??!

It was a closed-door friendly, thrown together at the last minute by TFC to keep the team match-fit in their two week break.

They're playing the Canadian U-20's on the 8th in a similar match.

 

Guess Buddle is only capable of accomplishing anything in games that don't count.

I'm assuming they mean counties? Last I knew Croatia was a single nation. Lol.

 

I think they meant that the tourney is in Croatia, and it involves teams from several countries (hence, why I a Canadian team is going)

 

That's an awfully pricey trip for a CSL club.

 

That sentence is poorly written. It should read : "... a tournament in Croatia involving teams from several countries."

 

Yeah. Stupid dangling participle.
