They decided to run Patrick's awesome article about his run for a part in the movie they are making about the 1950 US Nats team. Can't complain because Patrick's experience is once in a lifetime. So, that's why a lot of the stuff in there has already been discussed. I purposely left the quotes from Hanki and Spencer off the threads so that they could be in the article. Glad you guys enjoyed it. I'm hoping to spend more time covering the Rapids this season than last. Since I'm not getting paid for this, they don't care how many article we submit. Unless some of you know of a sponsor that cybersoccernew could use, that is.
I know. The editors have limited photos since we don't have a staff photographer in CO. I hope to take some this season so we can use those. I think they used a picture of CV last season when he was with the Mutiny. Yikes. As for Carrieri, man, he's on a mission. I don't know if he'll get a call up but he will have another good season this year if Spenny stays healthy and can take some slack off him.
