He was traded for ex-DC United player Greg Simmonds.

Although Simmonds only joined the team for an offseason CONCACAF Cup, he did play in competition for DC United before later joining Miami (and possibly other MLS teams).

Actually, now that I think about it, do we still have A-League affiliates to get players from when everybody gets injured? (I hope this isn't needed next year.) I think Chicago was calling up some Milwaukee players this year when most of their roster was hurt.

If so, Simmonds would be on Richmond's squad, making him on one of our affiliates for call-ups if we need extra players to fill out a game day roster.

He'll need to take a number!
It was Cruyff14 who idolized Hayes. Probably had the guy lined up to win the golden boot at the WC, if only DCU had come to its senses....

I think the presence of Chris Albright may have hurt his chances

You guys aren't even trying to be serious.

Adu? He's 13. Ricketts, in case you haven't heard, isn't eligible to play for the USA.

Hayes is a different story, he's got tha skillz to pay tha billz!

Best draft pick in league history -- David Hayes.

I don't even want to put a winky in here because it would kill the humor, but I think I must ... ;) No offense to David of course

It's much Adu about nothing in comparison to David Hayes.
