Not sure they are even remotely similar players and would compete for minutes. Don't get me wrong, Trapp is struggling and likely will need to take a big pay cut to keep playing down the road in MLS.

Always hard to know how GBS would have done with the Crew. Not all great players become good/great managers.
Agree, he did somewhat well in Boca, but in boca he had tons of talent... a great manager shines with lesser talent, but his flaws also arise.

I actually had Clark listed intially but I dont think he meets the criteria either. You have to be on a team that won something big, I think.
Shame on me. I was there too. Drenched to the bone. I thought he was gone by then. And that is indeed one of the competitions listed.
So Dante qualifies too? What a man. Loyal to the team even when the team (Andrulis the Bastard) screwed him over. I was right, Fitz doesn't qualify, but the team wore his name for an entire season for Christs sake. A little leeway ought to be allowed.
