Not sure they are even remotely similar players and would compete for minutes. Don't get me wrong, Trapp is struggling and likely will need to take a big pay cut to keep playing down the road in MLS.

Interesting to note that completely washed and ineffective for close to 5 years now Federico Higuain was likely a disruptive malcontent in DC which led to his trade....

This is unlikely to change the narrative that many people around here around Higuain as a consummate professional blah blah blah....

As for me, I will say I admire this Higuain more than at ant point since 2015. If you are gonna continue to be crap, at least disrupt the DC United locker room while doing so.

    Bravo, Pipa!!!

Any disruption by Pipa would be only a minor addition to overall level of DC administrative incompetence.

A possibility(?): Trade completes tomorrow and the Crew finally get to see Pipa and Gonzalo play together in a Crew game.... for the opposing team.

Pipa is the Crew Sleeper Agent who took down Ben Olsen.

After the ass kicking they got last night its only surprising he lasted another 20 hours.

I'd just like to ask his wife a question: Still glad you wanted to live in big beautiful LA instead of backwater Columbus?

Always hard to know how GBS would have done with the Crew. Not all great players become good/great managers.

Agree, he did somewhat well in Boca, but in boca he had tons of talent... a great manager shines with lesser talent, but his flaws also arise.

Loved GBS as a player, hard pass on him as a coach.

    Not even a question.

The question is who comes after him.

I actually had Clark listed intially but I dont think he meets the criteria either. You have to be on a team that won something big, I think.

Shame on me. I was there too. Drenched to the bone. I thought he was gone by then.

And that is indeed one of the competitions listed.

Moreno needs to be in for his actions during STC.

    So Dante qualifies too?

What a man. Loyal to the team even when the team (Andrulis the Bastard) screwed him over.

I was right, Fitz doesn't qualify, but the team wore his name for an entire season for Christs sake. A little leeway ought to be allowed.
