Is Timmy playing? Is he still an offical Man Utd player on loan or is his move now permanent?

I would think that since his official signing didn't happen in January, it would be like a pre-contract, making him a United player, but I could be wrong.

    Nope.

He's still on loan, technically, until the end of the season. He is still ineligible per Prem rules.

I read on another board yesterday that Howard would not be allowed play but can't remember which board it was. Just done a quick google news search and found this which would suggest that is indeed what will happen.

    Become the Tea Pot!!
I just pray Alex does not feck around with the team with Wednesday in mind!! Or tell them to play "economically"

We've got to be 100% up for this and totally ignore the Milan game. If we go into this lax, we're gonna lose and expound even more energy trying to get the game back.

Hit them hard, early and ruthlessly. We need not only a first but also a second to this to bed. Hopefully Wayne doesn't do anything (we)he regrets with all the goading.

    ---------------VDS---------------
    Fletcher----Brown--Heinze----Evra
    Ronaldo---Carrick--Scholes---Giggs
    ----------Smith--Rooney----------

Bench: West Brom Tom, O'Shea, Dong/Eagles, the c*nt, Solskjaer.

I doubt we will see that lineup, though. :(

At least Johnson & Timmy are out for this one.

Everton should be reminded that they get some extra money from United is United wins the league, via the Rooney transfer.

There's been no news on Park this week has there? The fact that they were waiting on a specialists report on his knee makes me wonder if he will play again this season. Maybe Fergie can tell us at the press conference tomorrow.

The injuries, the aftermath of an emotional CL game, and the fact that Everton are in good form and may be out to put on a show for Alan Ball makes me think we may drop 2 points in this game.

If it happens I hope we can make up for this by gaining them back the points in the next series of games (us at City, Chelsea at Arsenal).

I've always thought that the game at Chelsea would not be a "dead rubber". We would have to go there and get a result to win this league. But I really think we can get a result there as long as Rio and Vidic play.

That's why The Sun can forget about their made-up story about both of them playing in Milan. We really cannot risk them.

In Saturday's game I would expect Giggs to be rested and Smith to play. Ronaldo was moving a little slowly at the end of the Milan game. Hopefully he's OK, but I guess Richardson will have to come in if he needs to be rested.

The rest of the team pretty much picks itself. Fergie has no real options unless Saha or Park make shock returns to action.

Early games are class, Teatime ones are not

Im working in goodison for this game, so i get to watch it :)

We have a excellent record ar goodison and the only game i remember we havnt won is the 1-0 2 seasons ago when Big Duncan Ferguson scored. I was in the Glawdys street when Ruud scored that injury time header when we won 4-3 which was an awesome match. We should win this match providing we keep our concentration at the back, Everton are not heavy scorers and Andy Johnson is out, which is excellent news. I do think it'll be close and we'll win by the odd goal.

Physioroom actually has all of our players (with Silvestre being the only exception) returning May 2-5, so I am wondering if anyone can make it to the bench on Saturday.

nervous for this game but i think the way we played against Milan will give us a good amount of attitude going forward. i think we'll pull out a comfortable win with hopefully Rooney keeping up the the scoring and Smith too. would be nice to see Scholes on board.

another 3 points and another clean physio sheet would be fantastic.

    come on United!

Actually, AJ may play and will undergo a late fitness test. Also not too sure on Anichebe and Vaughan's injury status, since true to form, Everton don't tell their fans anything. If Beattie is up front, you'll be 3 points stronger.
