    So this is the game that will make or break whether we get into Europe. Not feeling overtly confident about it. Which Everton will show up? I assume Howard is back non?

    Huge game. Hopefully AJ's back too. Us in the states have to watch the tape delay, so I'll be anxiously pacing all morning long. Very nervous...

    Tell me about it! I think an away win against Chelsea is well out of the question so we 100% need a result here.

    I have stuff to do so will be out till about 1 or 2pm. haven't seen the past few games for various reasons and it sucks.

    COYB we really really really want you to win this... i'd rather eat my old pessimistic "they are just setting you up for an even greater fall" words than be right in what i said!

    lots and LOTS of healthy vibes being sent the squad's way! esp AJ.

    It'll be interesting to see who gets paired up top for this game. I'd assume Johnson/Vaughan or Beattie/Vaughan depending on if Johnson is fit.

    Like already said though, must win game. A win and we're in Europe, a draw or defeat and we're not. That's the way we should approach the game.

    Got a game today, but I think I might be back for the 2nd half.

    As expected, Johnson will face a late fitness test. And I agree on the 2nd point.

    I don't think Johnson will make it. Apaz, Pompey are without Sol, Stefanovic and Matty Taylor. I'm praying it's true, I hate Matty Taylor, he has a way of making the opposite of what I want to happen a reality! :D

    Game is 13 minutes on, our lineup is:

    Howard
    Neville -- Yobo -- Stubbs -- Lescott

    Osman -- Fernandes -- Carsley -- Arteta

    Vaughan -- Anichebe

    * Gary Naysmith
    * Tony Hibbert
    * Iain Turner
    * James Beattie
    * James McFadden

    Interesting line-up.

    Now now ... let's not go overboard.

    It's rather comical to go to ESPN's England board and see the following News Headlines.

    Highlight to see:
    Royals Rocked, Pompey Pulverized, Blades battered, Magpies Mauled.
    Someone was having fun. :)

    The game's on FSC right now, and it's just chilling how great that crowd sounds. Especially now that we're up 2-0. Again! :D
