Everton will take on Man U Monday and David moyes will love to stick it to the team that has taken the most points from Everton in the last 10 years. Moyes will have a full side to chose from and every one will wonder if Wayne rooney would get the nod after his two goals in mid week. My bet is he will keep him wrapped in cotten wool and will sit the bench. Gemmill who started in Mid Field against Wrexham will also be wondering if he will get the nod.

Looks like some of your supporters need a boost, you seen to be the only one keeping the board alive. Perhaps a lot of them were expecting a miracle with the new manager. It just doesn’t happen in a season, he has a limited amount of cash to build for next year and to find players to work with the existing team. Give Moyes something to smile about, god knows he needs it.

I thought we played really well last night. The midfield looked very solid and tackled well. Going to Old Trafford you know you have to defend for most of the game and hit on the counter. Obviously the score line doesn't do us much credit but I've seen us play alot worse in recent games against United. The penalty was dubious and Scholes's second was something special so a 1-0 result would have been more realistic. I was especially impressed by Radz. He is getting forward loads and creating chances for himself. I hope for his sake he can convert those efforts into goals in the next few games. Arsenal next. Playing at home might make the difference and salvage a draw but realistically the gunners have far too much pace for the likes of our wing backs - Weir and Rhino. But just to play in the same manner would give us confidence even if 0 from 6 points doesn't do us any favours in the league table. If we can hold back and frustrate teams like MU and AFC it says good things about our defense. Carry that over to mid table teams with Campbell, Radz and Rooney in form we should be able to rack up some points.
The Penelty didnt bother me as much as a few other calls and non calls. The only problem I had with the Penelty was the red card. Yes there was a foul as he pulled Ole´s shirt, but a red card no way.Now we are withoul Wier for Arsenal. What got me was there were two tackles on Beckham both went for YELLOW CARDS. Unsworth in the first 10 Min and Gravs 10 min in the second half Gravs wasnt even a foul let alone a card. This took Unsworth and gravs off there game after that. I thought Moyes cost us the game by not taken Gravs and Pembridge out, Gravs was nackered by the 75th minuet as he ran his Ars off all match. Our Mid played well Defencively and moving the ball up field untill they got to the final third then stupid miss passes or poor controle cost them good scoring oppertunities. Rooney came on and gave us a good spark up front creating some good chances but I would have taken Pembridge out instead if Rads. All that being said we made progress and I look forward to the draw with Arsenal Usscouse its good to see Owen back on track ay
