Just wanted to drop a note on here that the Motor City Supporters are planning a holiday shindig this coming Friday, 12/18. We'll be gathering at Doc's Sports Retreat, 19265 Victor Pkwy., in the NE quadrant of the 7 Mile Rd. interchange off of I-275/96 in Livonia, MI, starting at 8:30 PM. From the area or in town, but never been out to an MCS event? Now's your chance...stop on by, and party the night away with the MCS crew! Prior to that, at around 6:00 a group of us are going to catch the new, inspirational film "Invictus" at the AMC Livonia Theatre, 19500 Haggerty Rd., just north of 7 Mile. If you're interested in seeing it, we hope you might consider joining us for this special viewing. Exact time will be announced on Friday morning, but it will be as close to 6:00 as possible.
"Invictus" is showing right at 6:00 at AMC Livonia. We'll be gathering starting at 5:30 in the lobby by the box office, and head into the theatre around 5:50. If you get there after that, head right on into the theatre. We hope to see you there, and/or at Doc's afterward for the Holiday Bash, starting at 8:30!
