Well that's certainly reasonable enough. I just think the insistence some have that the Dutch were gleefully rounding up jews for the Germans in the 1940s, while nobody dreamed of saying a word against them in the US at the time, was a little way off the mark.
And I'd certainly never make the argument that this was the case. Note, I've never written that Holland was particularly an anti-semitic place. The ONLY reason we're on the subject of Holland is because johan's torturous logic got us there.
