The main issue is technology, people who are not used to mobile ticketing will struggle. Otherwise it is very easy.
What people found complex for the recent champions league final was setting up up their account and the app properly. Many problems there, but past that point no problems at all. Also important to note, you cannot screenshot ticket from the app, that prevents touting.
We used the UEFA ticket app for the men's euros last year and it worked well, main issue was trying to swipe on the phone when it was bucketing down. One thing we did take with us was a portable charger, especially for the later games and when we needed the phone for our train tickets.

Just received two tickets for France v England in the UEFA App. Unfortunately I ordered 3! But the third ticket was a separate order so hopefully they are just releasing them in sequential order
Tickets arrived this evening for one of our games, the last game we are attending, the tickets we bought last and the only ones we got via the general sale. Not sure there is any logic to the order they are being sent out.
Norway look lacklustre under Gemma Grainger. Toothless in possession. I predict they will bomb out in the first round after three low scoring games. Even in that favourable group. We've already played against some of these teams in recent NL fixtures without impressing. Secured the A status, but not much more. There isn't much buzz around the upcoming Euros in Norway either. I hear NFF will try and break the attendance record for a women's game in Norway when we play Sweden at Ullevaal in the send-off match on June 26th. We'll see about that.
If I'm not mistaken, 8000 tickets have already been sold for that game and the previous record is slightly above 15 000.
What will the Euro coverage be like here? Sub-threads for each first round group or just everything in this thread?
Probably sub-threads for each first round group (and perhaps for specific games) like for the World Cup 2 years ago.
Threads for specific games (at least at group stage) seems a little too ambitious for this section's current traffic (or for BigSoccer's traffic in general).
Anyone interested to take part in a EURO 2025 Prediction Contest on my Twitter? I plan to host a prediction contest as I'm looking forward to the tournament. I need at least 15 people who are very motivated for the contest to go ahead. Otherwise I cancel it. With me there's three people so far who have committed. I hope to draw several people from this board.
Only knock out matches had their own thread in 2023. In 2019 we had threads for individual group matches.
A nice video of the Swiss Confederation president, Karin keller-Sutter https://www.watson.ch/fr/sport/foot...ie-un-drole-de-message-aux-rivales-de-la-nati
Last preparation matches just before the Euro : No scheduled matches for Island, Italy, Denmark, Germany and Wales. 2 matches for France, not sure if it's a good idea, especially the 2nd against Brazil a rather tough opponent. Why risk injuries just a few days before the start of the Euro...
I already dread the coming idiotic VAR interventions--an over-zealous, eagle-eyed VAR person spots a defender who clipped the shoelace of an attacking player in the box--not seen by any other person in the stadium, including the referee. No matter! Match-deciding penalty call is made!
There's going to be some very controversial moments for sure, I still remember the China-Haiti game from the World Cup.
All you want to know about the 368 players at the 2025 Euro. huge work ! https://www.theguardian.com/footbal...-euros-2025-player-profiles-guide-switzerland
There is a rumor that Aitana Bonmati has viral meningitis, which could keep her out for 2 weeks or so.
