That's exactly right. A Loss could still qualify on 3 Points. Cannot eat 2 or more goals or it gets tighter than even a 1 goal loss. Hungary at -3 GD will hurt them. Czechia winning versus Hakan Chalanoglou and Co could be a disaster.
and I think if we snuck in with 3pts we would then we would go to the other bracket and play Portugal which makes the left side of the bracket incredibly lopsided. let's just get a draw tomorrow and I don't want to be hoping Montella saves us days later.
Truthfully difficult to say as most teams will play their 3rd Group Stage match after Italy. As of right now though, Italy superior to Hungary assuming Italy don't lose heavily. Still need another group to have an inferior 3rd Place team. I'm leaning towards the Czechia and Georgia duo. Hopefully The Turk, Chalanoglou, and the Turks do us a solid. Ditto Portugal.
