I kept two cat 2 final tickets and just had a email stating uefa have cancelled one ticket and a refund is due so now I am stuck with 1 ticket
From the same order? They specifically state you either keep all or none of your order unless it is from different orders.
It's a little early for the lottery, May isn't here yet. Or did they start dropping out from the final ?
Are you sure this is not a spam and as it goes against everything they said they would do. Not that this makes it a great argument of course.
When people go into your 'Order' section have any of the Bilbao/Dublin tickets previously bought been removed from your account yet?
Did the email ask you to provide account details so they could return your payment? If so I'd get in touch with your bank pronto, the whole thing sounds a bit suspect.
Sorry, you screen shot the wrong email, that's an old one. What about the one where Uefa said they were cancelling one of your tickets, that you just received?
This is a return you returned 2 one is gone the other has still to be paid for. This isn’t what you originally said, or if it was I and others misunderstood.
Think somewhere along the lines we got our wires crossed these tickets were paid for in the uefa general sale I was going to send them back but I cancelled the return on these tickets.I have an email stating the return got cancelled but today I get that email stating one of the tickets has been cancelled and a refund of 595 euro
Pleased to say the emails I've had from UEFA have been in fluent English and haven't included lines like " We will initiate a refund..to your account....until the end of February 2021", especially at the end of April 2021.
I returned a ticket the other day and got the exact same email as the guy above so I think (or at least I hope) it is genuine. They probably just copy and pasted the return email they used for a previous refund and forgot to change the date hence the ‘end of February 2021’
It could be a faux pas from UEFA, but I got two e-mails in the past few days for returned tickets that had different wording from that. The ones I received in January did have that previous wording though. They also provided an invoice on every one of those e-mails. If they attached that, you should be good. If not, then I would be a tad concerned.
