Europe's football chiefs have said they are "very happy" with what they have seen during their visit to assess the ability of Scotland and Ireland to host the Euro 2008 tournament. A team of inspectors from European football's governing body, Uefa, has spent the past five days looking at both country's stadiums and facilities. Uefa spokesman, Lars-Christer Olsson, one of the seven-man inspection team, told a press conference at Rangers' Ibrox stadium that the inspectors harboured no doubts about the ability of the two countries to stage the bid. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/scotland/2269766.stm
