From the portion of the match I heard they made it sound as though he was quite poor. However, the report on the Fulham site seems rather complimentary of EJ's performance.
Well, I'm not sure a clubs official website has ever said anything less than complimentary about one of their own players... Anyhow, I was just reporting on what a couple of (presumably unbiased) radio announcers said about him.
EJ's back in terms of pre-season but remember he did well last season and it came to nothing with Fulham. Now he did get to go on loan to Aris and did well but it doesn't look like he will return there. However, I am happy for him even if it is against a League One side goals are goals (same for assists) and we know how that helps his confidence. Hopefully he can impress someone and go on loan. I'd love him to stay at Fulham but I don't know. They are going to Sweden next and are playing Malmo. I believe they were interested in EJ before.
EJ mentioned here: http://soccernet.espn.go.com/news/story?id=808693&sec=england&cc=5901 I hope the dude lands on his feet somewhere.
