They post this every week. It is pretty interesting. Check these rankings out... November 2, 2003 Rankings: http://soccernet.espn.go.com/feature?id=252594&cc=5901
ESPN knows nothing about soccer (and hockey to boot). All they care about is Lebron James and the NBA. Their analysts openly bash the sport almost daily. It's really quite shameful that they have the broadcast rights to theh CL.
BTW, sorry. I didn't mean for that to come across as a shot at you or your post. I just hate that damn network and everything it stands for.
So, you don't like Lebron James, or the last 33 years of superbowls or monster truck. What kind of sportsman are you? You probably enjoy that sissy, unamerican, communist, sport of soccer....
Nope, I lothe Lebron James and all his hype. The SB has never been on ESPN and actually monster trucking doesn't float my raft either. What kind or sportman am I? A very dedicated one who loves all forms of soccer, hockey and american football.
Ranking are always a joke. First they are always Euro-Biased. Take Brazil's Cruzeiro. They one the Copa Brasil this year and have led the Brazilian Championship all year long and are 1 or 2 wins from the title. With all that they are placed 13 in the world. A JOKE. Then their is the concept out there that the ARgentinian league is better than the Brazilian as Boca and River are always ahead of any Brazilian team. I guess its the only way loser nations can get back at Brazil for winning WC after WC, by trying to diminish the power of its league and its ENDLESS source of talent.
dont forget that arsenal is ranked 3. i think chelsea is around 8. arse r 1pt ahead, keep on getting close or lucky wins, and suck ass in europe... PLUS ajax is 16!!! lol. Ss why dont you visit WR anymore?
They are not saying that the Argentinian League is better(which I think is debatable). They are saying that Boca is the best team in South America. Which is a fact.
world club rankings I can't argue with Juventus as #1. After their Champions League win they are still rolling, but how on earth can they possibly have Manchester United ahead of Chelsea. Just look at the EPL standings.
ESPN ESPN has no soccer nkoledge whatsoever all the do is sow the top ten plays of the week and soccer plays are alwyas #10 when they really sould be #1 if they only knew what it takes to really play the #1 SPORT IN THE WORLD
ESPN don't know a whole lot about the soccer world. That's obvious. Here's Fox Sports World's standings: http://www.foxsportsworld.com/content/view?contentId=921562
