This is crap, who was the idiot who didn't give tennis more time? Did they really think the tennis could be over in an hour or so?
NBA on ESPN. i guess they could put it on ESPN news... but that ain't happening, they don't care that much.
At least we'll get the second half of the match. Unless of course there's an hour long tiebreaker at the end of the third set. To make it worse, it's two of the less attractive players. I guess I'll stomach 1/2 hour of the WUSA on PAX to pass the time. The thing that makes me upset is that there was not anywhere near enough time to get the tennis matches completed. That's utterly poor scheduling. Is it MLS or ESPN's fault? Kevin
I guess ESPN Re-run Classics and ESPN over-repeats news are more important than MLS soccer. "Enjoy the tennis match" my ass. Stupid tennis announcer.
I love the complete lack of explanation on ESPN's part, too. It's not enough to pre-empt a scheduled program, but they also don't give a ************ about people like us wondering what the ************ is going on.
