Just spoke to Carl over at Nathan Hale's and he is certain to have the "not really" La Revancha on both overhead TV's at the bar Thursday night. Still waiting for word on availibilty of the back room and the big screen as there is a possible dinner party conflict. We will make this official as soon as I hear from him about that. Either way there will be pint specials and I urge you to make plans to watch this at the one TRUE Red, Black, and Blue soccer bar in NYC: NATHAN HALE'S! Will be fun just to see El Cry run themselves ragged trying to recover some small measure of their beatdown pride. Nathan Hale's is located downtown on Murray St bet. Broadway and Church near City Hall.
Tri doesn't rhyme with Cry. It's "el tri" (spanish) not english- remember that when pronouncing the word.
Wow, coming from El Rey of excuses after Jeonju I guess you'd be an expert. 0-2 Hoy, 0-2 Manana, 0-2 Siempre
Who gives a frag about the game on Thursday, it means SQUAT. Itll be nice to win it, but its not like we'll be going home from the World Cup or nuthin', nowaimean?
lol... jeonju still hurts huh? game means nothing but a way to strip the mexican fans in houston of money and give it to the us soccer federation. if the game really meant something, we would have called in our players from europe....for now, arena is comfortable using the mls players.... i still remember seeing all of those mexican fans crying outside the stadium in jeonju....it brought tears to my eyes....of joy. finally, we can use the excuses el-crap have been using all along....if we win, that's the correct result....if we lose, it didn't mean anything....
let us know...for know....tv's won't do it....if NH decides to play music for this private party...i'm at nevadas..... NH is first choice though...
