Ajax – FC Groningen in the play-offs for European football will be a spicy duel for Dies Janse, who has been loaned out by the Amsterdam team to FC Groningen. He is having an excellent season there. Dick Lukkien is lyrical/very positive about the youngster.
For Janse, it will be the third time that he will face Ajax this season: in Amsterdam, FC Groningen lost 2-0, but in Groningen, the most recent edition was won 3-1. Janse then provided the assist on Thom van Bergen's opening goal.

FC Utrecht has qualified for the final of the play-offs for European football thanks to a strong start to the second half against sc Heerenveen. Ajax awaits on Sunday, in Volendam.

Twelve minutes, four goals. It was time to pay attention immediately after halftime in Galgenwaard. First, there was suddenly Stepanov for the home team, who provided a flashy start, after keeper Klaverboer misfired. And then within four minutes both Vente's equaliser, as well as goals from Van der Hoorn and El Karouani.
