The "Tukkers" grabbed the 3d spot with this win over a piss poor Sparta.
When your opponent gets a xG of 4 AND gets 26 shots, of which 13 were on target and 5 blocked, you werenot playing serious football.

Well, the heat is on for spot 3 in the final matchday.

Ajax still have a chance by winning and overtaking FC Twente's goal difference (23 versus 21), which will be accomplished when Ajax wins the match with 2 or more goals difference or PSV beating FC Twente by 2 goals difference.
