The battle for the 2nd and 3d spot is a very close one.
The second spot is atm contested by 3 clubs, chasing Feyenoord: Ajax/NEC/FC Twente.
But these 3 also have to watch out for Sparta/SC Heerenveen/FC Groningen/FC Utrecht for spot 3 and for the EL/Conference L. spots.

 

PSV has won 2-1 against AZ in an entertaining duel in Eindhoven. AZ had things in order. A shot by Van Duijl after a long throw-in meant the 0-1 and via Parrott and Koopmeiners it also had chances to make it 0-2. On the stroke of halftime, PSV got help from Owusu-Oduro. The AZ goalkeeper received a seemingly easy to catch header by Sildillia was not under control and hit the ball into the goal via Parrott. After halftime, the game fluctuated up and down.
