Can Bozdogan gives weak FC Utrecht in extremis still a point against the bottom of the table club: 'We have played so badly'
Eredivisie FC Utrecht has won a point at Telstar at the last minute. The team of coach Ron Jans outsmarted in Velsen, but by a late goal by Can Bozdogan still stepped off the field with a point (1-1).

Despite a rocky start (including loss to newly-promoted Telstar at home), PSV are now starting to separate themselves from the pack… building 6 points gap ahead of the second-placed team.

What a difference a capable and steady coach can make!! I think Bosz deserves a ton of credit. The changes he implemented are unconventional, but quite spot-on. Schouten shifting to CB (dropping Flamingo to the bench) makes PSV more organized defensively. Mauro Jr. enjoys himself in midfield, instead of as a wing back. Perisic and Man are coming to form on both flanks. And who would have guessed Til playing as the center forward showing such a handsome return (7 goals in last 7 matches, including a winner this week!). Big test midweek for Bosz against an old rival Slot and a bruised Liverpool team.

  9. Peter Bosz experimented with his line up.
The coach of the Eindhoven team knows that he would not be able to play the whole season with the same starting line-up, also because of the Africa Cup that is coming up.
In the duel won by PSV against FC Volendam, Guus Til started as number ten, Ismael Saibari as a left winger and Ricardo Pepi as a striker.
The Til-Saibari pair was separated for the first time in ages and that will be even more so, because during the Africa Cup Saibari is away with Morocco. That will probably be the case from December 15, as Bosz hinted during Friday's press conference.
'That wasn't exciting', Bosz began at the press conference, when asked if he was nervous about breaking up the famous couple.
'You actually plan it a bit ahead. What was already in my head before we played against Liverpool was that you can never play a whole season with the same eleven. During the Africa Cup, that couple has to break up anyway.'
In addition to Pepi, Esmir Bajraktarevic also got a starting place against FC Volendam. 'The medical staff indicated that Dennis was walking on his toes. So then it's simple for me. He does well when he comes in, so Esmir gets his chance', said Bosz, explaining his choice.

Ajax - FC Groningen match abandoned after massive firework action by the "harde kern".
Seems to me a clear cut thing, Dutch authorities must force football clubs to cancell the season tickets from those stands without returning the money.

Ajax-Groningen played out in empty stadium on Tuesday after a huge amount of firework
The suspended match between Ajax and FC Groningen will be played out next Tuesday (2.30 p.m.) from the sixth minute.
That will happen in an empty Johan Cruijff Arena, where the match had to be stopped on Sunday evening after a huge amount of fireworks

Is that the same group that disrupted the Ajax-Feyenoord match a couple of seasons back, forcing a replay?

Since Ajax can't seem to handle their "fans", perhaps forfeiting the match might work wonders to get the management, stadium or club, off their backsides to solve the issue.

Well, to be honest we/our Feyenoord club management isnot doing a great job either. Both Ajax and Feyenoord management out of fear for these hard core fansides let them do their things, even when it costs the clubs tens of thousands in UEFA fines and lost revenues for ordered empty stands.
I think the government must intervene and treat these assholes as the criminal gangs they are.
These people should be exposed to frequent house searches and at their workplace, stop them on their way in the street to search them. Make their life unbearable till they beg on their knees to stop it.

I am surprised that fireworks of that potency are available in your country. Most states have bans on the sales of fireworks over here.

  19. They just go across the border to Poland, where they can buy illegal stuff.
We got a bombing epidemic overhere with illegal fireworks, that even causes deaths. Once even multiple deaths
    (https://www.dutchnews.nl/2025/03/unbelievably-sorry-tarwekamp-explosion-suspects-in-court/)
There isnot a day without an incident, where handgranade heavy fireworks are being used to blow up doors/windows/houses.

Halsema announces investigation into fireworks at Ajax.

Mayor Femke Halsema of Amsterdam is angry after Ajax's suspended match against FC Groningen. She announced on Thursday that there will be an investigation and thinks that increasing security could be a solution.
Ajax – Groningen went completely off the rails due to a fireworks incident. Halsema takes the matter seriously and thinks that it is increasingly difficult for football clubs to enforce.
'We have now asked the Football and Security Audit Team of the Ministry of Justice and Security to investigate. There is already a larger investigation into football and safety, but we have asked for this case to be added, to better investigate what exactly happened," Halsema said Thursday in a response to questions from the Amsterdam city council.
'An emergency door was opened and then large groups of hooligans without tickets came in, with large bags of fireworks. That's terrible, also for what it does to football and to people who did have a ticket. You can see that it is becoming increasingly difficult for a football club to intervene in this. Stewards are no match for it. Football clubs will then have to hire more well-trained security personnel themselves. I can imagine that together with the national government, we are looking at whether there could be a contribution to increasing the level of security.'
According to Halsema, it is not an option that the police will enforce in the stadium. 'The inside of the stadium should not be the site of the police. It wasn't and shouldn't be. The government is going to see if there can be support and security, but the police operate outside the stadium.'

  21. The problem is the acting of footballclub ceos to appease these scumbags, which we know is going on at Ajax and Feyenoord for sure, but also at other clubs with notorious hard core fans like fc Utrecht and ADO den Haag.

Just today the Feyenoord management got (again) exposed with this:
New Feyenoord employee turns out to be suspect in fireworks attack on riot police: club intervenes immediately
Feyenoord appears to have recently hired a suspect of serious violence against riot police as a supporters' supervisor. The club has suspended him immediately after questions from the AD
    .

Caught with their hands in the cookie jar:rolleyes: and not for the first time.
Don't try to sell me you didnot know.
The same goes for Ajax ceos with f-side scum.

The only way to tackle this is to do what I wrote before, harass the shit out of them, like with this Feyenoord scumbag.
He attacked police officers with explosives, don't call that shit fireworks. To me, if I was in command with the police, enough reason to raid his/their houses regularly to look for explosives, raid their workplaces to see if they hide stuff there, pull them over time after time in the street to see wether they carry stuff around. Make housecalls to friends and relatives to ask if they're hiding stuff for them
Make their life miserable to the core and in the end social outcasts because of the shit they cause to those they know.
If they're underaged and living at home, make their parents feel the full brunt of not surveiling their shit offspring.
And put online what you do to these scumbags to see for all wannabees it's your choice, do shit and get shit ruining your life.
I guarantee you within a year it's over.
