After Setanta did not renew its contract to show the Eredivise this season, does anyone see FSC or Goltv picking it up? I don't think they will, but if anyone has any other means of watching the Eredivise in North America, do share.
For real? Without the Eredivisie games I have to switch to the gol tv/fsc package just on principle...Plus that stupid Setanta theme music haunts my nightmares.
Thanks for starting this thread. I am seriously depressed over Setanta dropping the Eredivisie. If anyone has any suggestions on how to watch the games in the U.S. and Canada, please share.
Only way is on your computer via P2P. I watch all the Ajax matches that way. There is no cable network carrying matches around here. All you need is broadband.
That's how I watch AZ, Ajax or PSV--thru the P2P--and any other game as well--EPL Did they ever show a live game from Holland?
Sad and bad news indeed. I got a response to an email, and they have not ruled out Dutch football altogether, but it does not sound good. ESPN had rights for years especially Home Oranje matches, and FSC had some Dutch footie on, but hopefully something changes.
Saw the commercial again last night on GolTv that mentioned showing WC 2010 Qualifers for Oranje along with Italy, Spain, and Germany. I sent an email about this to GolTv, but got no reply.
I watch via p2p but I think it will be harder this time as there is just one new channel showing the games - Eredivisie Live, actually it consists of 4 channels but as of now the Friday night game Vitesse-Groningen isnt on myp2p, no Saturday games and no Sunday games either.
Anyone have any info on Eredivise Live broadband being available for subscription outside the Netherlands?????
Good news for those of us Oranje supporters here in the U.S. According to Livesoccertv.com 9/10/08 Macedonia-Holland Live on FSC at 2:30PM ET.
Once again, I don't know how many people get it, but ESPN 360 will be showing three matches this weekend. Sparta - PSV, Volendam - Feyenoord and Roda - Ajax.
