I've been to several web sites loooking fro a new home shirt and outside
of the "The Onion bag", nobody seems to be offering the sleeve badges
as an option. Even the megastore and E-tail shops don't offer it as
an option. Perhaps the print on the badges has changed with the name
change to the "Barclays Premiership" from Barclaycard premiership is the
    reason. any ideas?

There are new badges this season, I haven't seen them yet though. The place you mentioned is one of the few stores out there who I've seen offer them. www.subside.co.uk has offered them in the past too.

Hey motter... i keep wanting to buy a kit w/ a collar... your avatar is causing problems... I am wearing a non-kit jersey to work today (a real no-no at the office) to make things even worse I decided to flip up my collar (only my immediate boss knows what i mean when i say "dont say anything bad to me, I might be forced to use my kung fu!")

I highly recommend the Polo shirts that you can get. Some of the designs are pretty sweet.

I wonder is there's a Cantona action figure with a special Kung Fu kick ...?

Yeah there are new badges, cause the Premiership isn't called Barclaycard any more its Barclay's (Big diff?).
I reckon just the logo underneath the lion will change, only that.
