So most would figure that by around 9:30AM on Saturday we'll know how important this match is - I still say that with West Ham fighting a relegation battle and with the clusters fighting for UEFA spots, all matches are up in the air for the next couple of weeks.

Looking forward to a sleep in on Sunday and getting up for this match.

We'd be silly if we thought our shot at the league was over.

Go On Chelsea!

:( not for some folks. Glad this game is live though.

I think yesterday's loss will motivate MANU even more for their game, so I expect them to crush City. If they do that, Chelsea will have no choice but to win at the Emirates. Also, I'm sure Arsenal will want to end Chelsea's chances at the title at home. Should be a very tricky game. I think MANU's result will have a huge psychological impact on Chelsea's players for this game. Hopefully, the league can go down to the wire.

Should be a great game both teams really need a win. Chelsea needs to win for..... well I don't really need to say why and Arsenal need to win to keep many of their players if you believe the rumours....

Gotta have this one. Even if the Premiership looks all but wrapped up by United. Gotta bring it every week until it's statistically impossible. We just need City to man up this weekend, which is wishful thinking I know.

This is gonna be a good one.
Arsenal is gonna take this game like a Champions League Final. They will come out hard. After a disappointing up & down season, they'll want to show (in front of their home crowd), that though they're taking no trophies home, they're still a force.
Hopefully we will be able to match their intensity. Whatever the result in Manchester is, it should motivate the boys. (I said that last time before the New Castle game, hopefully this time it's different)

So, Gooners are hoping Gallas will score, so I guess we should be wishing for ACole to score.

as Okocha1 posted in the Y&R thread, Scott Sinclair is in the squad to face Arsenal, and Jose has now explaned his selection:

'We have not many choices but what I am going to do because the boy deserves it and we trust him, and I have to make the decision to keep him in the squad or to send him on loan for a few months, is use [Scott] Sinclair. He will be involved.'

so it seems Scotty may be able to play his way into the 1st team next season!:)

Not quite forgettable in my opinion. He has been pretty solid...but not consistently. Ive learned through watching him that hes pretty good running on the wing and pouring in crosses. I.E. the sweet Drogba back to goal turn and shoot against Barca. And then the cross to the box where it pinballed between Drogs, Sheva and finally Ballack against Porto.

He has however, been schooled like a bizitch by a few attackers this year. But I just think hes gonna be driven by all the hate in that brand new Library Arsenal have. It wont be so quiet on Sunday, and i think Ashley is the type of guy who thrives on that. Did you see how he reacted after Essien hit that wonder-strike?!!?! Watch!

let's hope sinclair proves to everyone (or atleast Mourinho) that he is capable of playing at this level. He should play a vital role when drogba and kalou both go to the african nations cup next year
