Didnt want to start a new thread for this, but one thing to note about the Premiership pay-per-view is that it is only available on Digital Cable that uses the In Demand PPV service. If you have Comcast and many others - you're fine. However, if you have Starpower (like me) - they use another service and you're screwed.

I was able to get an EPL 02/03 season package from Time Warner cable for $140. I don't know any details on what it offers in terms of PPV.

Have they released a schedule of games yet? Assuming this would include the Community Sheild this weekend, right?

The Community Shield is distributed by Setanta to individual PPV providers (different from regular Premiership PPV). Its available on many systems for 20 bucks.

Buff, do you have any info on the DTV package? FSW page has them listed, but of course the DirecTV site is way behind and I can't get info from them.

    Thanks!

A good guide for many of Sunday PPV games comes from Sky

    http://msn.skysports.com/skysports/article/0,,15410-1000426,FF.html

They schedule one half of the year - then the other later in the fall. The Sunday 4pm (UK) is our 11am ppv game. Saturday matches (for foreign TV)are decided by the League (I believe the week before).

    Re: Re: EPL on DISH

yeah, with dish i hear that you can get replacement cards that descramble the transmissions, but they change angles of the codes and angles so you have to have a whole set of them (decode cards) to make it work. i'm not going to be so stupid as to ask where to get ahold of these, but...
