must win. can't underestimate. rather see Bruno as (c). far more of a real captain than the lanky one in the back.

    let's get it

Not sure Bruno will start. He was more than humping in ET...

I half expect we will start Bruno anyway, but he ought to be a sub for the last 30 if needed. We can start Pogba at 10 with Fred and Matic behind. I don't like Pogba as a 10 nearly as much as when he's deep, but who else are we going to play there if we want to try and win?

Might be a good game for the diamond whether we rest Bruno or not. Possibly we don't want to shake things up too much, but a diamond would protect Matic, Pogba and allow either Jesse or Mata (who were bad but badly used in the last outing) to get some minutes.

    ----------------Martial----------------------------------Rashford
    -------------------------------------------10
    -------Pogba--------------------------------------------------------------Scott
    ------------------------------------Matic/Fred

We could also play Greenwood in place of Marcus OR

    -------Rashford---------------------------------------------Greenwood
    -------------------------------------Martial
    ------------Pogba-----------------------------------------Fred
    ---------------------------------------Matic

Everyone preparing for us has to be focused on stopping Bruno and Martial who have been excellent lately. With Martial in a slightly deeper role, CBs will be twiddling their thumbs and fullbacks will have to sit back because Mase and Marcus will be playing very high. This will require a lot from Pogba but I think he's up to it. We can also introduce Bruno in the 2nd half.

You guys and the diamond :ROFLMAO: Especially when a lack of width nearly did for us against Norwich.

4-2-3-1, full strength except maybe Pogba at 10 with Fred and Matic behind. Maybe Williams on the left to give Shaw a day off.

You think Ole would actually drop martial deeper (second formation), or is this just your hope?

I’m surprised to see Bruno and especially Shaw after they played 120 minutes on Saturday.

    Bruno probably shouldn't be starting.

yea. i would have rested him also. then again we need to go for the win. we don't need two sitters here but Fred would have been fine i think.

at least no James to start right?

Straightforward message from Ole. No excuses: just have to get it done.

Would love Mason and Rash to get a goal each to get themselves started in the restart.

When this front 3 all get going with Pogs/Bruno support they will be a handful. Going forward we just need a bit more creativity from the fullbacks.

I understand wanting to go for the 3 points but starting Bruno and Shaw may be a bit risky.

we also have no room for error in this race. even with the Europa League as a possible trump card. we have to take risks. even if you think Leicester is in freefall as some do.

and given how rotation players looked last game it's perfectly understandable

We've got Bournemouth on Saturday, who for me, should be more manageable than Brighton (they're just a pain in the ass type of team). Get why Ole is going with what is our best team right now.
B'mouth is the game where I'd look for Ole to make some changes, especially regarding Bruno and even Shaw, if they show any signs of being close to red (which they really shouldn't be yet).

Dion Dublin in studio saying he wants to see Martial smile more. why?

i want to see him score more. i could care less if he smiles. stop shoehorning every player into some smiling press friendly club captain material. who cares

Thrash them in the first half and then get Bruno off for some rest.

If Martial leaves that for Bruno then its 1 nil. Hard to blame him for trying to take it though.
