I'm going to Vegas at the end of the month and, since my EPL club (Liverpool) will be playing at 4:30 AM Vegas time, I was thinking about going into the sports book at my hotel that morning and placing a bet on the game. Since it's an overseas sporting event, is there likely to be odds on the game?
Many sportsbooks don't carry the EPL or much soccer at all suprsingly enough given all the int'l tourists that vacation there. The Palms is the only place I know for sure that carries odds on the four major Euro leagues and the Champions League and UEFA Cup. Imperial Palace might as well. I'd suggest going to the sportsbook in your hotel during the slow periods and asking the supervisor where you could find soccer match odds. No sportsbook likes turning away business, and this'll plant in their mind to make them availible in the future.
