    -From Anfield.

-The ref is Mark Halsey. He hasn't worked an Arsenal game yet this season. All-time in matches he's worked it's pretty even:

    Pld-5 W-2 D-2 L-1 F-10 A-10
    Arsenal Yellows 8
    Opponent Yellows 8

Warning: This thread might contain other EPL results from games played today. Brian McBride already played, so I doubt anyone will be too bothered, but I'm warning you just the same.

    Fulham 1, Man City 0 (1st half)

    Parlour for Wiltord?

Interesting, to say the least. I wouldn't have done it that way, but that's me, isn't it?

Dark blue kit? Are they referring to the strip that Arsenal brought out a couple of years ago?

Little Mikey Owen whiffs on a cross from Heskey right in the middle of the box. Pool win a throw, but Cheyrou's shot is blocked.

Diouf's shot from just outside the box is blocked by Campbell. Very early, but Pool have the better of play.

    Goal Arsenal.

The Gunners counter quickly, Parlour to Bergkamp. DB's inch-perfect pass finds Henry in the box, Dudek with the save, but Pires is there to put home the rebound.

    Arsenal 1, Liverpool 0.

Another Arsenal counter after a wasted Pool corner, but Henry's shot is weak and easily held by Dudek.

And the chant is heard: "Liverpool, won ---- all."

Henry steams into the box after a clever pass from Pires, his bad angle shot blocked out for a corner. The Gunners are officially into the game.

    15th minute

Liverpool win a corner as Cheyrou's cross is headed out by Cole. The ball was going out of play, but Cole didn't want to take a chance.

Gerard does his Jason Elam impression on the corner by skying a ball high and wide.

After a spell of midfield play from both teams, Bergkamp gets the ball in the middle of the pitch and almost finds Henry. Good coverage by Liverpool though, and Henry can't get the handle on it.

Arsenal have the ball in the net again on a Vieira header, but it's ruled out for pushing (rightly so, as Paddy gave Hyppia a shove in the back).

    21st and 22nd minutes

21 - Owen heads a ball to no one, and accusing looks are exchanged by some Liverpool players.

Cole's run down the left is stopped by a possible foul, he looks annoyed.

22 - Seaman with the best save of the match so far, as he sticks out a leg to save a shot from Owen in the box.

Diouf sends a cross off Cole for a Liverpool corner. Riise to take it to the left of Seaman.

Corner deflects to Gerard, whose shot is in turn deflected and easily caught by Seaman.

    West Ham 1, Blackburn 0.

Decent Arsenal chance goes for nothing, as Henry's run skins Henchoz and Carragher, but his cross for Bergkamp is cut out.
